Refund policy

If your item(s) is damaged, a full refund (minus shipping and handling) is available in form of a store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. For any and all questions relating to returns and exchanges, please send an email to katie@orangeblossomboho.com so we can help you further. If a return is needed, the return is at the expense of the buyer. All returns must be returned to Orange Blossom Boho within 14 days of delivery. 

No money will be refunded, only store credit will be issued for returns. Store credit will not expire. 

Please note that many of the materials used in our products are plated. Plated materials have a layer of gold, silver, or rose gold over a base metal core, like brass. They can and will rub off, especially during contact with moisture or lotions. Due to this, we cannot accept returns on items just because they have turned (or the finish has rubbed off). 

Cancellations
We process orders quickly, usually within 1-12 hours. if you decide to cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour at katie@orangeblossomboho.com. Cancellation requests made after 1 hour are not be guaranteed to be cancelled. Include your receipt or order # in your email, so that we can process the cancellation. Sending an email does not automatically cancel your order - you will hear from us! Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 1-2 days of delivery of the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging with all original tags STILL attached. UNWORN & unwashed with no odors (ie: smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc). Thank you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewelry including necklaces, bracelets and earrings along with hats and headbands. We also do not accept returns on sale items and one size items.
